You can have as many users as you want. The Change Workspace admin has the ability to invite new users and change user roles.
Can I use my existing change tools with the Change Workspace?
Yes, you can use any of your existing change tools via the custom tools function int the Change Workspace Toolkit.

Yes, the Change Workspace has been designed to be configured for any change methodology and terminology.
